Susana Maksuta joined C21 Thomson & Co. with a 20+ career in Domestic and International Real Estate. She believes “choosing the perfect realtor is a delicate process” for every individual. She was introduced to real estate early, raised in a large family of domestic and international commercial developers. Taking some time to attend Berkeley College and explore the fashion industry, she began investing in residential and commercial properties in early 2000. She quickly established a successful property management business, managing over fifty-five units that advanced into commercial ownership. Providing white-glove service and exceeding expectations comes naturally to Susana.


Susana believes in serving and inspiring the community. She is an ambassador volunteer, chairing fundraisers statewide. She works with non-profit organizations to help advance the community and children's issues and actively volunteers with the New Jersey Blood Services. She is deeply rooted in her community and committed to her clients. She prides herself on making their journey seamless, positive, and memorable!
